Fossils of the world's largest dinosaur found. 

A farmer in Argentina's southern region of Petagonia contacted local museum management when he found some unusual bones in a barren area adjacent to his farm.


It was not only the largest dinosaur discovered to date but also one of the largest animals ever on this planet.


A total of seven animal remains have been found from a generation of the largest-bodied Titino Sars Includes bones of related dinosaurs. These animals lived in the Cretaceous Period era about nine crore fifty million years from today. Their length was 40 meters from the tip of tail to jaw and a height of about 20 meters.


They weighed seventy to seventy-seven tons. These dinosaurs were vegetarians. Their body was fourteen times larger than the largest animal of current era i.e African elephant. The fossils of the largest dinosaur previously also came from the same area that was named Argentino Sars. The new dinosaur has not yet been named.
